To register your web service with a UDDI server, please provide the following information:

Url of UDDI Server:
The Url should not include a specific page. (e.g., http://www.example.com/uddipublic)

UDDI Server Username:
UDDI Server Password:
Must be the same username and password that was used to publish the business
Business Name:  
Web Service Url Base:
Replace 'localhost' with the external name of your web server
Select the servers you wish to register:
